Mysore Yoga Atlanta Studio Policies

Welcome to Mysore Yoga Atlanta! Our mission is to offer a welcoming, safe, and transformative space for our community to deepen their practice of yoga. To ensure a positive and respectful environment for all, we kindly ask our members and guests to adhere to the following policies:

Membership and Class Passes

  • Unlimited Autopay Membership: Our unlimited autopay membership requires an initial three-month commitment and is designed to encourage a consistent practice. This membership cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded once initiated. We believe in the benefits of regular practice and commit to supporting your yoga journey with this policy.
  • Auto-Renewal: All memberships and class passes are set to auto-renew for your convenience. Please inform us at least 7 days in advance if you wish to cancel or pause your membership, with the exception of the unlimited autopay membership as noted above.
  • Freezing Memberships: Memberships, excluding the unlimited autopay membership, can be frozen for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 3 months, once per calendar year. Please provide 10 days’ notice.

Class Reservations and Cancellations

  • Booking Classes: We strongly recommend booking your classes in advance through our website or mobile app to secure your spot.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend a class you’ve booked, please cancel at least 1 hour in advance and the credit may then be used at a future date. Late cancellations or no-shows for those not on unlimited autopay memberships may incur a fee or the deduction of the class from your pass.

Studio Etiquette

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before led classes begin. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted class experience for everyone, late entry may not be permitted.
  • Personal Belongings: Secure your personal belongings in the designated areas. Mysore Yoga Atlanta is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Mobile & Electronic Devices (including watches): To maintain a peaceful environment, please silence your mobile devices and leave them outside the Mysore room.

Health and Safety

  • Health Concerns: Inform your instructor of any health issues or injuries before class begins. It’s important to listen to your body and practice within your current limits to ensure a safe and beneficial yoga experience.
  • Hygiene: We ask that you maintain personal hygiene and avoid wearing strong perfumes or cologne in class, out of respect for fellow practitioners.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal Information: At Mysore Yoga Atlanta, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Rest assured, your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

  • Mysore Yoga Atlanta reserves the right to update these policies at any time to reflect the evolving needs of our community and ensure the best possible environment for practice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
